Description: One of the easiest, most prolific herbs to grow. Fast growing, peppery flavored foliage.

Uses: Delicious in a mixed leaf salad or try as a bed for warm steak. Makes a lively addition to soups and sautéed vegetable dishes.

Harvesting: Pick mature leaves, the young leaves will develop for future harvest.

Best Results: Cut to 2" above ground just before flowering, to encourage new crop of leaves.

Companion Planting: Will tolerate some shade, so can grow beside other vegetables and taller herbs.
