Dips are very popular in the summer months.  I have listed my three favorite dips that I use often and you are welcome to try!

Rosemary - Parsley Dip

  1. Use mayonnaise and cream cheese in equal amounts, and whisk together. 
  2. Add Rosemary, Parsley, onion and mix together.
  3. Lastly, add parmesan cheese and seasoning to taste.
  4. Keep in fridge for at least one hour, to let the flavors meld together.
  5. Serve in bowl, surrounded by your favorite vegetables.  

 Dill, Parsley, Thyme Dip

  1. Whisk together mayonnaise and cream cheese. 
  2. Add Parsley, Lemon Thyme and Dill, mix together.
  3. Add Lemon Zest and Poppy seed, mix again.
  4. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Keep in fridge for at least one hour, to let the flavors meld together.
  6. Serve in bowl, surrounded by your favorite vegetables.

Lemon Balm - Mint Dip

  1. Mix together Mayonnaise and Fetta Cheese, in a bowl, until well blended.
  2. Add chopped, Mint, Lemon Balm, and Celery, mix well.
  3. Add salt and pepper to you liking.
  4. Place in fridge, until needed.
  5. Serve surrounded by your favorite veggi sticks and crackers.

Dip Ingredients (choose from below)

  1. Once you have chosen:-
  2. 2 'Base Ingredients'
  3. Plus 2 or 3 'Herbs'
  4. Plus 2 or 3 'Texture Ingredients'
  5. Then mix them all together thoroughly.
  6. Place the dip in the fridge for at least one hour, for the ingredients to meld together.
  7. There you have it!  Your own special dip!!
  8. Now serve dip surrounded by your favorite veggie sticks and crackers.  See list of 'Accompaniments' below:-
