SERVES 6 -8

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F / 220°C.
  2. In large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and toss.
  3. Arrange potato slices in single layer on heavyweight rimmed baking sheet.
  4. Place on top rack of oven and roast until tender and slightly browned, about 40 minutes.
  5. Serve warm or at room temperature.

Thyme savory flavor:- Thyme - Compact English, Thyme - English, Thyme - Provence, Thyme - Tabor.

 

A healthy twist on 'Roast Potatoes'.  I think this potato dish tastes better, has a higher nutrient content and is a great source of fiber!
