YIELD: 2 Cups
- 2 cups of bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoons of melted butter
- 2 teaspoons of dried Savory or 2 tablespoons chopped fresh Savory (choose from Savory list below)
- 1 onion - chopped and cooked in butter until translucent
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Mix all ingredients together.
- The mixture should be moist to the touch.
- Use as a stuffing for poultry or fish.
- Alternatively, use as a side dish when serving poultry or fish.
- Can be kept warm in an oven, in a dish with a lid.
