- 1/3 cup skim milk
- 3/4 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1/2 banana
- 1 teaspoon honey or Agave Syrup
- 1 1/2 tablespoons, Sage - Pineapple, packed, chopped leaves
- Place the ingredients in a blender in the order the ingredients are listed.
- Process until smooth.
