1. Add breadcrumbs and butter to a microwave safe bowl.
  2. Heat ingredients until the butter melts. 
  3. Mix together.
  4. Add oats, almonds, Rosemary and seasoning, and mix again. 
  5. Add hot stock or water, until the misture is just moist.
  6. The stuffing can now be used, or kept in a refridgerator until needed.
  7. This mixture will stuff one large chicken.

Rosemary varieties to choose from: Rosemary - Barbecue, Rosemary - Foxtail, Rosemary - Garden Pink, Rosemary - Gorizia, Rosemary - Ingauno Blue, Rosemary - Huntington Carpet, Rosemary - Sissinghurst Blue, Rosemary - Spice Island, Rosemary - Tuscan Blue.  The different varieties of Rosemary have a different flavor, so choose the one you like best!!
