YIELD: 1 cup

  1. Melt the butter in a saucepan.
  2. Blend in flour.
  3. Add milk, a little at a time, stirring continuously after each addition, to mix thoughly.
  4. Stir until smooth and cook until it thickens, about 5-7 minutes.
  5. Salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Just before serving, add parsley and finely chopped hard boiled eggs.
  7. Add a little nutmeg, to taste.
  8. Enjoy!

This sauce is very tasty over fish, chicken, potatoes and vegetables.
