220 ml Mint Oil

  1. Add oil to the pounded mint leaves, a little at a time, until all the oil is used.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Pour into a glass bottle and seal it tightly.
  4. Turn the bottle upside down once every 2 days, for 2 weeks.
  5. Ready for use after 2 weeks.
  6. Keep in refridgerator.
  7. Shake before use.

Goes well in tomato, mozerella salad and stir-fry recipes.

Mint varieties: Mint - Apple, Mint - Basil Scented, Mint - Chocolate, Mint - English Spearmint, Mint - Fruit Cocktail, Mint - Mojito, Mint - Moroccan Spearmint, Mint - Orange, Mint - Peppermint, Mint - Strawberry.
