YIELD: 10 Cups
- 7 tea bags (Black Tea, Earl Grey Tea or use your favorite tea!)
- 7 Chocolate Mint sprigs (can use any of the mints in the Mint list below)
- 1 cup sugar (optional)
- 4 cups boiling water
- 3 1/4 cups water
- 2 1/4 cups pineapple juice
- 1 (6 ounce) can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed and undiluted
- mint sprig (for garnish)
- Combine first 3 ingredients.
- Pour boiling water over tea mixture; cover and let stand 30 minutes.
- Remove tea bags and mint sprigs; discard.
- Transfer tea to a large pitcher, and add 3 1/4 cup water, pineapple juice, and lemonade concentrate; stir well.
- Serve over ice.
- Garnish with mint sprigs, if desired.
Very refreshing on a hot summer day.
