30 min | 20 min prep


  1. Use a pair of kitchen shears or scissors to cut the backs of the shrimp and remove the vein. Set aside.
  2. Combine the remaining ingredients in a medium-sized bowl.
  3. Stir well to combine.
  4. Add the shrimp to the bowl and toss to evenly coat.
  5. Place in the refrigerator and let marinate for at least 20 minutes and up to 1 hour.
  6. Set a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat and spray with cooking spray.
  7. Once the grill is hot, remove the shrimp from the marinade and place on the grill.
  8. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes per side
  9. Serve sprinkled with salt and wedges of lemon.

Thyme savory flavor:- Thyme - Compact English, Thyme - English, Thyme - Provence, Thyme - Tabor.

Thyme lemon flavor:- Thyme - Creeping Lemon, Thyme - Golden Lemon Variegated, Thyme - Lemon, Thyme - Siver Lemon Variegated.

Rosemary varieties to choose from: Rosemary - Barbecue, Rosemary - Foxtail, Rosemary - Garden Pink, Rosemary - Gorizia, Rosemary - Ingauno Blue, Rosemary - Huntington Carpet, Rosemary - Sissinghurst Blue, Rosemary - Spice Island, Rosemary - Tuscan Blue.  The different varieties of Rosemary all have a slightly different flavor, so choose the one you like best!!

Serve on top of pasta or rice, and with a green fresh salad.
