  1. Marinate sliced pork in Lemongrass, cornstarch, pepper, and cooking wine.
  2. Heat wok/frying pan to high with oil in it.
  3. Add pork and cook until no longer pink.
  4. Add red chilies, sugar, salt, garlic, peanuts, and green onions.
  5. Stir until everything is well mixed.

Serve on top of white rice or rice noodles.

A wonderful Thai dish!  Try making some Lemongrass tea, by steeping a portion of Lemongrass in a cup of near-boiling water, for 5 minutes.  This drink goes extremely well with this recipe.
